I made cupcakes for James' birthday celebration yesterday. (He's my best friend Kim's husband.) They're classic chocolate cake with a cream cheese-marshmallow icing. I just spooned it over the top and they were delicious. The icing was adapted from this recipe. I think I'll try it with vanilla on bottom ...
